my favorite hymn.

This song is ridiculous. Every time I hear it it shakes me. I sing it loudly and I sing it wishing that every word of it were true from my lips to His ears...ya know? I want Christ to be the only thing my hope is grounded in...the only song my heart sings...the only love I stand in. I with I lived like these words were true....that life holds no more guilt for the one in Christ...that there is no more fear in death....that I am His...that sin has no more power over me....that nothing can separate me from His love and that I have His power in me to overcome anything this world has to offer. The verse in red gives me chills every single time. It is the Gospel in song form:
